TOWN OF SHARON

                        ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

                                    JUNE 25, 2013

10:30 A.M.      Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Richard B. Gorden, Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J. Mazur.

1. The Board reviewed and then signed commitments and warrants for Fiscal Year 2014 Preliminary tax bills.

2. The Board reviewed and then signed copies of our contract with G & K Associates for assistance with the updating of our Fiscal Year 2014 Personal Property Assessments.

3. The Board reviewed correspondence with a taxpayer concerning settlement of the Fiscal year 2013 appeal of her assessment. The Board then granted a Fiscal Year 2013 abatement for the owner of that property, parcel 23-19.

4. The Board reviewed and then signed a Fiscal Year 2013 Omitted and Revised Assessment Report.

5. The Board discussed our contract with Mayflower Valuations Ltd.

6. The Board’s next meeting will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, July 9, 2013.
